Multinational company responsible for the production and distribution of gases for the medical and industrial field
As Project Manager, you will be the person responsible for the preparation, design, budget and execution of new projects for industrial installations.
Main responsibilities:
- Project planning and documentation management
- Analysis and validation of the projects' compliance with the standards in force
- Project budget
- Management of project costs, bills of materials, material supplies, technical specifications and test plans
- Comply with and enforce the current safety and quality standards
- Control and train technicians and subcontractors for the construction and maintenance of customer facilities
- Budgeting/proposals based on visits to customers to survey needs, or on request from the commercial area, for the realization of new projects or maintenance services
- Definition and design of these projects, proposals for new equipment and their development
- Coordinate on site the teams (internal and/or external) of construction and maintenance of customer facilities
- Technical support in the start-up and in the resolution of malfunctions and technical assistance in equipment
- Communication with customers within the scope of the department's activity
- Active participation in the sale of department services
- Verification of the technical and safety conditions of people and goods to carry out the requested projects
- Supervise the commissioning and testing of installations, project validation
You are the person we are looking for if:
- Has an academic background: Degree in engineering (preferred mechanics)
- Possesses additional knowledge: Knowledge of project management and realization
- Has previous experience: Experience in project coordination in works, construction and electromechanical assemblies
- It has languages: Spoken and written English, fluent level. Knowledge of Spanish is valued positively
- Has computer knowledge: Knowledge of the user's perspective of office tools (Outlook, excel, word, ppt,…), ease of adaptation to new computer tools, knowledge of autocad and SAP are valued.
Others: Availability for traveling and short-term trips. Ease of negotiation and communication with customers. Teamwork, autonomous, responsible, organized, methodical, ability to lead teams, tolerance to work under pressure
