Key Responsabilities:
- You will supervise and coordinate the AP team across multiple countries to ensure efficient and compliant processing of supplier invoices.
- You will ensure payment deadlines, internal procedures, and international accounting standards are met.
- You will maintain communication with subsidiaries regarding AP-related matters and propose process improvements.
- You will monitor supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper account management.
- You will participate in the implementation and optimization of digital AP management tools.
- You will lead, train, and support members of the AP team.
- You will collaborate closely with the accounting, tax, and finance teams across the group.
- You will support the accounting department with supplier account closings and internal or external audits.
What We're Looking For:
- A higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable management.
- Experience in team management or international coordination (highly valued).
- Fluent command of both English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and ERP accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities.
