Our client is a leading service provider in the digital advertising sector, offering both self-service and open RTB capabilities to its clients. Real-time bidding (RTB) is a subcategory of programmatic media buying. It refers to the practice of buying and selling ads in real time on a per-impression basis in an instant auction. This is usually facilitated by a supply-side platform (SSP) or an ad exchange.


You will primarily be responsible for:

- You will manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of large sized publishers.
- You will manage the top deals and negotiations between the biggest advertisers and publishers in the industry.
- You will scale portfolio, revenues and volumes.
- You will set up processes in the publishing department, such as marketplace optimization, website promotions, negotiation and reporting of new deals,
- You will optimise advertising placements, website layouts and advising publishers on how to scale revenues.
- You will conduct active business development for new publishers.
- You will stay on top of industry trends and providing website and data analysis on a continuous basis.
- You will prepare weekly/monthly financial and data reports.
- You will attend tradeshows around the world.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have excellent level of English.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- You have previous experience from an advertising network (is a plus).
- You have critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.
- You feel comfortable with adult content. The main partners of our clients are porn platforms.
- You have a passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations.
- You have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
