As a Compliance Expert you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and supervision of the implementation of Compliance programs such as:
- Prevention of Money Laundering.
- Sales Compliance Program (Sales Compliance).
- Anti-Corruption Program.
- Anti-Fraud Program.
- Competition Protection Program.
- Economic Sanctions.
- Regulatory Compliance.
- Capital Markets Program.

Ensure compliance with the annual plan of activities regarding:
- Communication, training and awareness.
- Compliance program reviews, control effectiveness testing.
- Monitoring of risk indicators and reporting supervision(regulatory compliance, KPI,...) of local units and own Regional unit.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

- Higher Education (Law).
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.
- Professional experience in Compliance departments. It is more than 5 years of experience is desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Person focused on results and value contribution.
- High motivation, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
- Medium/advanced user: Office 365, Excel.
