You will be working hand in hand with their Marketing team as well as all operational teams, the International Business unit is involved in the entire development process from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. As a Country Manager for the French market you will have an essential impact on the international expan-sion of our client and pull the strings for our market growth in France.

Your new challenge:
Responsibility for the revenue growth in France and a direct reporting line to the Head of the dedicated international business Unit.
Coordinating together with the Marketing-Team all Marketing activities in France and you are generating contacts plus building relationships to local agencies as well as strategic business partners.
Strong collaboration with different teams, such as Brand, Online-Marketing, Logistics, Products, Customer Service.
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives
Evaluation of KPIs, operational monitoring and quality assurance of their French online shop.
Acceleration of growth along all important dimensions as pricing, assortment, brand awareness, shop visibility.
Ongoing Market- and Competition analyses in order to adjust the country specific strategy.
Conduction of a variety of analyses related to the French cycling Market.

The ideal profile:
Good university degree in business management or comparable degree.
3+ years of e-commerce experience and/or online-Marketing and you know how to build convincing business cases.
Very good knowledge of the French online market and culture.
Very good skills in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and proficient knowledge in Google Analytics.
Native speaker competence in French and fluency in English.
Ideally you are well connected in the French cycling scene and combine you passion for cycling with your job.
Strong communicational skills.
Entrepreneurial thinking.
