Our client is a Swiss Company specialized in the sector of Language and Education.
We are looking for creative, self-driven, dynamic and experienced people with high communicative skills, to join their team in Barcelona. As a Customer Care Agent you will be responsible for:
- You will deal with customers and pre-sales queries quickly and effectively.
- You will manage incidents via phone and email maintaining profitable customer relationships
- You will help in all the booking reservations and become the bridge between us, the customers and the other companies.
- You will be an active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing department.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak a high level of German (Level C1 Minimum.)
- You speak English fluently (Level B2 - C1 Minimum.)
- You have previous experience in the Customer Service Sector (mandatory, 6 - 12 months).
- You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel).
