Our client is responsible for helping other companies in the economic sector to sell their outstanding invoices to investors with surplus cash, based in Barcelona.

As a Customer Care with high level of French your key responsibilities will be:

- You will provide assistance via phone/mail/chat to customers by solving simple and complex queries that the customers could have.
- You will guide the customers and inform them about the company.
- You will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a high level of French (C1 level minimum.)
- You have a medium level in Spanish (B2)
- You have high communicative skills.
- You have knowledge of MS Office.
- You have administrative skills.

- Base Salary 21K.

- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9h - 18h.
