Our client is a famous multinational company in the distribution sector.

You will be responsible for:
- You will manage the orders, incidents, follow up of deliveries in assigned areas.
- You will be responsible of the organization of dispatch and return of goods
- You will be in charge of the invoicing
-You will receive inbound calls from clients (export clients)
-You will build strong and lasting relationships with customers
-You will be responsible of orders management : "order to bill"
-You will be the contact with exporters, supliers, providers
-You will be doing credit collections
-You will engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions
-You will act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues
-You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone with:
-High Level of French, Spanish and English
- Portuguese is a plus
- 1 year of experience in customer service roles, backoffice or logistic
- Experiences in Export
- Previous proven experience using SAP is a plus
-Excellent communication skills
