Gran empresa dedicada a la tecnología electrónica integral: interruptores, cableado, iluminación en gral. En el año 2007 han sufrido un proceso de expansión muy importante, en el que incorporaron un total de 600 nuevos puestos, de los cuales externalizaron el 10%. Quieren unificar consultorías para tener 2 o 3 fijas que conozcan el perfil y que se impliquen totalmente con los procesos. Para este años prevén también un fuerte incremento en las incorporaciones, aunque no con tantas incorporaciones.

In this role, you will lead projects in the space of mySchneider of different characteristics (functional, technical, etc.) that could involve one or several platforms, and always with a global scope. The main responsibilities are:
• Lead projects in mySchneider space for any domain and area with E2E view, either functional or technical
• Coordinates with the different stakeholders the different phases of the project:
o Scoping
o Project validation
o Gate reviews (DM1, Do-Gate, Steercos…)
o Budget follow-up
o Project closing

• Secure project execution (timeline, budget, scope)

• Communicates the project evolution managing the deviations

• Follows the project management methodology

• Vast experience leading projects in an international environment
• Well used to work in agile environments
• Experience of designing software systems
• Technical background and willingness to work agnostically
• Experience working with software delivery teams
• Strong decision-making capability
• Ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong IT background and understanding of Schneider Digital's internal organization and processes are required to leverage stakeholder's connections and manage effectively
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong Technical knowledge to keep up to date with evolutions on IaaS partners and vendors
• Manage under high pressure, challenging and accelerated environment
• Remote teams management and virtual communications
