Big multinational specialized in electronical and electrical manufacturing, currently going under a digital transformation and looking for keeping on growing in their Barcelona's Data Hub.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager / Technical Product Owner to support the Marketing Automation Platform implementation:

• Work with the Product owner / Business stakeholders to gather the user stories
• Work with the delivery team to translate the user’s stories to a tech requirements
• Ensure project architecture follows the governance defined on the platform, define and align the configuration management on an on-going basis.
• Work with teams and come up with Continuous Improvement Process or refine existing process to make them impactful
• Incident Management with Delivery and Vendor teams
• Serve as the bridge between the business process owners and the technical delivery leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
• Collaborate on pre-study / PoC to determine the readiness of new feature / framework / tool enablement and associated impacts on the platform

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Manager / Product Owner for large initiatives
• Agile experience
• Any Digital Marketing Cloud experience (Adobe Marketo Engagement / Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable)
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed culturally diverse global environment
• Mininum of 2 years as practitioner of agile methodology (product manager, product owner, coach…)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in understanding of digital marketing automation softwares, understanding and designing marketing engagement journey, integrations to support the digital engagement journey.
• Functional familiary with one or multiple key master data entity/domain such as Individuals (Consumer, Contact, Employee…), Organizations (Customer, Partner, Supplier, …), Marketing Assets, Engagement Campaigns, Nurturing Campaigns… and the key challenges typically involved in implementing Marketing Engagement solutions
• Knowlegde of process / governance is preferable
• Knowledge of tools to support digital marketing automation
• Knowledge of large scale data ecosystems leveraging cloud based platforms
• Familiar with marketing activities
