European independent provider of IT infrastructure services. Their mission is to help customers maximise the value of IT by advising on IT strategy, deploying and integrating appropriate Technologies.

As a First Line Analyst, you will be part of a multilingual helpdesk team, supporting users across Europe and collaborating with other IT support teams. Your goal will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
-Respond to IT support queries via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
-Resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network access.
-Log and document all calls and actions accurately in the ticketing system.
-Escalate complex problems to the appropriate second-line or specialist teams.
-Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and service quality levels.
-Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

You are the candidate we are looking for if you:

- You have perfect knowledge of Dutch and German
- You have previous experience with or interest in IT would be a plus (training will be provided)
- You have experience in customer service is a plus
- You have high communicative skills
- You are a Team player
- You are motivated to learn
- You are a Customer oriented person
