As an HR Developement Manager you will be working in the HR Department and reporting to it. You will be responsible for:

- You will lead our development policies definition and implementation in line with the corporate HR and local business strategy
- You will push our people’s training development actions and programs, including the definition of internal training programs
- You will manage and reinforce the appraisal feedback processes
- You will contribute to the analysis of our employee’s voice and cocreate the related actions plans and follow up
- You will boost the cultural transformation process, by reinforcing the usage and knowledge of our employee platform, as well as the rest of digital tools


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- You have a University degree in Psychology or similar
- 5 years experience in a similar role with focus on people’s development and talent retention
- Experience in leading teams
- Advance level of English is a must
