Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Application Management team as part of Schneider Digital Enterprise IT Europe organization. The individual will work closely with AM Governance team, multiple internal Digital teams as well as the company strategic support partners to ensure the performance, data, adherence to standards, and strategy of its applications.
This role will highly contribute in design and execute processes around application management (maintenance and change), create relevant KPIs and metrics with an ambition to improve the cost, performance, and better quality of service.
You will be ln change of managing key projects/programs in the area of Delivery model, ERP Transformation, Technical Debt reduction, etc...
What do you get to do in this position:
Application Delivery:
• You will contribute to deliver support to the application portfolio of 1000+ applications thru internal and external support teams
• You will continuously improve the governance principles for internal and 3rd party suppliers
• You will ensure documentation is created, maintained, and available for applications
• You will coordinate the support activities for key business applications as well as collaborate with 3rd party/Vendors for any AM-related activities
• You will manage a budget and the respective control the company's partners
• you will set the right governance and review cadence to ensure service quality and efficiency
Strategic Initiatives Projects
• You will lead certain initiatives aiming to improve applications delivery model across Europe
• You will provide necessary inputs to build the valuable business case for any transformation around Application Management
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders for delivering that initiatives
• You will lead key projects part of European or Global initiatives
You are the person we are looking for if you:
• Are fluent English
• You have experience in IT with 5+ years in any role
• You have experience in working with vendors and external partners
• You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• You are analytical acumen with experience in handling data
• You have a good understanding of ERP and non-ERP applications and related technologies
• You anticipate issues and is pro-active in dealing with them
• You can manage own time to meet daily/monthly/yearly requirements
• You have good communication skills
• You have project Management skills and experience
