Our client company is a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics and warehousing, specializing in the storage and distribution of perishable food products. It provides innovative cold chain solutions to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the food supply chain.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP/AR professionals.
-Set performance goals and KPIs, conducting regular reviews.
-Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on service excellence and retention.
Operational Oversight, Process Improvement & Automation
- Oversee end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payments, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
-Ensure timely and accurate processing in line with company policies and SLAs.
-Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
-Support Oracle implementation projects with team resources and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Serve as the key contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Sales) and external partners (vendors, customers).
-Resolve escalated issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
-Provide regular reporting and analysis on AP/AR performance, ageing, and cash flow.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in AP/AR management, preferably in a shared service center of a multinational company.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Fluency in Spanish and English.
-Temporary assignment until May 2026 with one day of remote work per week.
-Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
