Our client is a FinTech company that has the goal of improving the personal finances of the customers by offering an online platform to contract and manage their credits.
This FinTech company is in the launch phase, so there will be strong prospects for evolution. The office is based in Barcelona and is shared with the Spanish market team, composed by approximately 30 people.
We are looking for an experienced person who is positive, proactive and eager to flourish in a start-up with an international dimension in the launch phase in the French market. You will be the first person to join our Growth Marketing department. You will work on both customer acquisition and retention.
Under the responsibility of the Country launcher at first, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Execution of performance actions with the aim of capturing qualified leads and generating sales opportunities.
- Management of every digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, web, blogs, email marketing, inbound, social media, affiliate, etc.) to ensure brand consistency, acquisition and conversion volume. Particular attention is paid to channel performance.
- Management of agencies/partners, as well as digital branding campaigns agreed with the marketing department.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Creation of Search-Brand, Search non-Brand and Display campaigns in search engines.
- Creation of a search engine remarketing strategy and campaigns.
- Creation of acquisition and remarketing strategies in paid social media: Facebook Business, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Management of the performance marketing's budget and optimization of key performance indicators.
- Keyword analysis.
- Definition and implementation of link building strategies.
- Creation of goals, events, segments and custom alerts through Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Creation and measurement of key performance indicators and dashboards via Search Console.
- Analysis of the interpretation and improvement's proposals in relation to the behavior of KPIs and main indicators.
- You have a Native Level of French.
- You have an Advanced Level of English.
- You own at least a Bac +3 (Education) in digital marketing.
- You have experience in performance marketing (at least 2 years).
- You have an advanced knowledge in SEM, SEO, web analytics and Social Media paid campaigns.
- You are able to create and use audiences, pixels, tags and databases.
- You are a proactive and versatile person.
- You have an analytical profile, very data and metrics driven, able to propose improvements to the database.
- You are able to work in a team (start-up in expansion phase).
- You have a passion about new technologies and a strong appetite for SEM/SEO.
Desired skills and experience:
- Previous experience in growth marketing in the banking industry, FinTech or insurance B2B.
- Aptitude for the finance field.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment, preferably international.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish would be a plus (to communicate with the Spanish team).
