Our client is Computacenter, a global IT services provider that supports major companies and public institutions with digital transformation and IT infrastructure solutions.

As a Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

-Support users across Europe by phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
- Escalate complex problems to specialized teams
- Log and document all interactions accurately
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team and other departments

You are the perfect match if:

-You have an advanced level of Portuguese, French,  English and Spanish
- You have a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- You have interest in IT and willingness to learn
- You have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- You have the ability to work well in a team and respect schedules
- You have logical thinking and the ability to stay calm under pressure

What we offer:

-Work 39 hours per week, spread over 4 days (10 hours per day)
-Remote work 95% of the time, only 1 day per month in the office
-Meal vouchers €180/month, starting after 3 months
-Private health insurance with Sanitas after 6 months
-Quarterly bonus of €150 every 3 months
