Our client is an multinational education company that specializes in language training, educational travel, academic degree programs, and cultural exchange. They were founded almost 60 years ago and counts more than 50.000 employees.
As Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:
- You will make Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
- You will upgrade and renew current customers.
- You will qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
- You wil take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
- You will achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
- You will perform database and record-keeping activities.
- You will operate in a truly international environment and a young team.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in Sales.
- You have outbound call experience.
- You have a good level of English and advanced level of German.
- You are have a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- You have cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
- You understand KPI's and Targets.
- We have a hybrid work model: Mandatory office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and you are able to work different shifts as we rotate between 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM.
