As a Service Delivery Manager, your main function will be to take the responsability for operational business, review process and providing leadership and management for all personal and project related topics.
During your day to day:
- You should have an understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- You will bring experience in budgeting and forecasting.
-You should bring familiarity with business and financial principles.
-You will bring good analytical skills, productivity/service/service relationship reporting, customer service orientation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
-You will formulate strategic and operational objectives by assessing daily key performance indicators and developing improvement needs.
-You will promote, coordinate and support the work and performance of the team ensuring that they carry out tasks and perform adequately, guaranteeing their profitability and productivity.
-You will provide employees with the tools and resources necessary for the smooth running of the service.
- You will motivate, encourage and achieve the involvement of the members of your service, guaranteeing the professional and personal development of the team.
You are the persona we are looking for if:
- You have an advanced level of English (C1).
- You have 1-3 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager.
- You have experience managing teams of more than 1500 people.
- You have experience participating in the realization of commercial proposals.
- You have experience in preparing and monitoring budgets.
