- Managing and coordinating several workstreams in the Region Europe West (REW), bringing together Supply, Production, Transport and central corporate functions
- Overlook and manage efficiency projects on all of these workstreams including idea generation and project management initiatives
- Ensure a smooth operation in the production network, managing plant shutdowns, related supply plans and financial impacts
- Be a central touchpoint for REW Stakeholders in the countries and REW central functions, ensuring seamless cooperation with processes of Supply Chain operations
- Manage relationships with neighbor RBUs overseeing Intercompany product flows and financials
- Excellent Software application and quantitative skills
- Visible leadership through technical competence
- Knowledge and understanding of operations (production and distribution) processes within a Matrix organization
- Structured and convincing approach of communication
- Strong networking capability, able to facilitate cost effective outcomes from diverse views
- Thorough understanding of production cost components and logistic distribution bottlenecks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent English. German will be a plus.
