This is a position where you will partner with hiring managers to learn about the business, understand their unique hiring needs, as well as design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to hire top talent in different locations around the world.
We are looking for you if:
- You have a blend of recruitment experience (in-house or agency ) for technology or channel-based companies is essential.
- You have experience of developing resourcing strategies and creating in-depth recruitment plans to fulfil business targets is essential.
- You demonstrate knowledge of proven recruitment methodologies and success with direct recruitment, working to tight deadlines with diverse roles.
- You have experience of working with sales, marketing and all levels of management to develop job descriptions and candidate pipelines highly desirable
- You have experience in identifying competencies and conducting competency based interviews
- You have negotiation skills to support supplier and candidate management (at offer stage)
- You have attention to detail
- You have proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- You are confident, capable and credible ambassadors for HR and Tech Data with excellent communication skills and natural relationship building abilities
- You have excellent English communication skills
- You speak a native level of French and Dutch
