Our client is an outstanding French company in the Marketing department. They are a team of marketers and developers that offers software products. A duo that ensures that their platform meets the sales and loyalty requirements of brands on a daily basis.
As a Technical Project Manager:
- You will manage projects with a strong technical component for all of their clients.
- You will be the internal guarantor of the technical solutions implemented and support customers.
- You will ensure the consistency of the overall architecture.
- You will act as a data expert to establish a target data model from source data, specifying the internal architecture of our client's CDP (customer data platform) and the list of preparation and aggregation processing to be planned.
- You will work in conjunction with our client's teams (Sales, Customer Success, PM Delivery, R&D, Support, IT, etc.).
- You will support the implementation of technical interfaces: framing of the need, workshops, proposal of architectures of the solution, configuration, assistance with the recipe, etc.
- You will advice and guide the clients on technical solutions.
- You will manage technical relationships on the IS and provision of solutions to the problems encountered.
- You will design the target data models from client source data coordination of the various internal and external interlocutors.
- You will achieve project closure.
- You will be implicated in pre-sales to validate the use cases of prospects on a technical level.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of French and an advanced level English. A fluent level of Italian would be a plus.
- You have some experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- You own a masters degree.
- You have at least 3 years experience in technical project management in a SaaS environment.
- You have a functional vision and you have an appetite for technical data management.
- You have a good command of SQL, an ETL type tool (Talend) and REST APIs.
- You have a strong interest in database modeling.
- You know how to lead independently the different development phases of a project from the writing of technical specifications, acceptance of functionalities to the closing.
- You are able to identify, document and systematically manage project monitoring.
- You like working in a team and have excellent communication skills.
- You are proactive.
- You have some knowledge of POS and CMS ecosystems and loyalty management tools is a plus.
