Within Allianz Technology, our division - Workplace Services - develops and supports products services that are aimed at improving the professional experience and digital solutions that are effective for Allianz entities across the globe. The central factor in this equation is the user. Following a UX approach we intend to develop products and functionalities that keep the user at the center of our mindset.

As a User Experience Researcher, you will involve our employees in product development and help design our products services in a user-centric way. You will research the behaviour and motivations of our user groups together with the product teams, bringing us closer to our users.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Setup and drive an impactful research agenda focused on the needs of the end users and always keeping them as focal point for your findings
- Execute both qualitative and quantitative research to collect insights, improvement areas and priorities.
- Develop excellent relationships with cross-functional leaders and act as a strategic partner. You are able to present your findings in an impactful way
- Help shape the product strategy for the technical teams in order to focus on prioritizing the most valuable user insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Partner with other UX leads from the adjacent CTO squad and develop a user-centered organization. Focus on similarities across different Organizational Entities (OE’s) in order to create one coherent story
- You identify new opportunities for the development of further products through your work, in addition to the product-related analyses.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English, other languages are a bonus
- Bachelors of Masters degree in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work)
- Previous UX research experience
- Drive to increase the quality of the user’s experience of workplace services
- Mindset of openness and willingness to work in an agile environment
- Comprehensive analytical view by aligning several data sources
- You are proactive, empathic, curious, conscientious and creative with great communication skills
- You can create, or contribute to create user personas, customer journeys, surveys, usability tests, prototypes and other required deliverables that are of value to the technical POs
- You are familiar with terms like product discovery, mixed methods and design studio workshops
- Ability to “read” data and draw valuable conclusions and next steps towards improving a user experience
