We are recruiting a Logistic Scheduler for a multinational company which offers possibilities of professional growth.
As a Logistics Scheduler your main responsibilities will be:
• You will be working with our Drivers and other Schedulers to plan our liquid gas deliveries to our business customers across the Northern Continent so France, Benelux and Germany.
• Forecasting and scheduling to fulfill customer requirements
• Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand
• Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes
• Customer Services
-You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal)
-You must be able to work on own initiative and in a team
-You have analytical thinking, attention to details
-You must be able to make decisions based on the information provided
-You must have organizational and problem-solving skills
-You have previous Customer Service and/or logistical experience is an advantage.
-You must be able to work in night shifts
-You have multi-tasking skills
-SAP would be beneficial but not essential
-Undetermined term contract

We are offering to work in a flexible team that shares the following interesting working time schemes to cover in all countries of the region a 24/7 service or Monday to Sunday –this means working time will be as well during weekends and night. The working schedule is: 4 days (8am-8pm) --> 4 days off --> 4 days (8pm - 8am) --> 4 days off [Once the employee has completed 8 successful shifts, they will get 16 days of vacation]
