The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this centre also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions.

As a Logistic Scheduler:

- You will have to obtain relevant information regarding delivery requirements.
- You will have to build relationship with customer engagement team in order to identify areas for improvement.
- You will have to schedule and fulfill customer requirements based on orders received.
- You will have to prioritize.
- You will be working with French speaking markets in Europe.
- You will have to proactively follow escalation guidelines.
- You will have to optimize trips to maximize key performance indicators to take into account: weekly plan allocations, deliver at Target refill, optimize full loads where applicable, cluster customers to improve efficiencies and optimize larger trailers.
- You will have to follow quality procedures in relation to reacting to “Emergency Response”.
- You will have to liaise with contract Hauliers, country distribution managers and other internal departments.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and French (both written and verbal).
- You have some experience as a Logistics Scheduler.
- You are able to work on own initiative and in a team.
- You are able to identify customer needs.
- You have good geographical knowledge.
- You have some experience with transport regulations.
- You have some experience with scheduling / planning.
- You have excellent computing skills.
- You are able to identify opportunities for improvements.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills; proficient communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- You are able to show respect and professionalism when interacting with others.
