The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this centre also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions.

As a Telemetry Support Analyst:

- You will ensure all the requests for installations (new installs/replacements) are dealt with and planned in accordance with the team availability.
- You will deal with any urgent or last-minute requests.
- You will ensure the EU LB telemetry installations are done accurately in collaboration with the technicians (EU Level).
- You will deal with all incoming emails in the team mailboxes in a timely manner.
- You will run daily reports to pick up on possible telemetry faults and ensure a fault is created for every faulty telemetry and assigned to the correct team.
- You will maintain and update the fault log with the feedback received from the different faults.
- You will organize telemetry training for new employees (Customer Service / Scheduling).

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You own a technical degree/bachelor higher diploma (Spain: FP2).
- You have some experience in providing real time technical support for hardware and software.
- You have a fluent level of German and English. If you have a fluent level of French or Spanish, it will be a plus.
- You have some experience as a Telemetry Support Analyst - It would be a plus.
- You have good understanding of Logistics Distribution Supply Chain and onsite equipment and process.
- You are able to provide solutions, you know how to solve technical problems and provide technical solutions for technicians.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, data analysis and manipulation skills.
- You are able to work in a structured and methodic way.
- You have a high attention to detail.
- IT Skills: You know how to use the MS Office. SQL, Access. If you know how to use Sharepoint, it would be a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills.
