Our client is a global leader retail company specialized in motocross and mountain biking gear and everything they make is developed with the rider in mind.
We are looking for creative, self-driven, dynamic and experienced people with high communicative skills, to join their team in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Being a motocross, BMX, or mountain bike enthusiast is a plus.
- You will deal with customers and sales queries quickly and effectively.
- You will manage incidents via phone and email maintaining profitable customer relationships
- You will track and follow up orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies
- You will ensure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
- You will be willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation
-You will be proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- You will be an active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing department.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak GERMAN as a native language (Level C1 Minimum.)
- You speak fluently in English (Level B2 - C1 Minimum.)
- You have a third language (Spanish, French or Italian is a plus).
- You have previous experience in the Customer Service Sector (Mandatory).
- You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel).
- You have experience on Zendesk platform.
- You have experience on back-office Operations system: SAP and Salesforce Cloud Commerce (Demandware) is a real plus.
