You will work at a prominent Italian pharmaceutical company with a global presence and a solid track record of over 130 years in the industry, located in Badalona. As a member of the IT Operations Team, you will play a vital role in overseeing SAP applications and business process improvements. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Managing SAP solutions, focusing on PP, QM, EWM, and PM modules.
- Leading technical design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Gathering customer requirements and defining system improvements.
- Supporting the Service Manager in monitoring supplier activities and taking corrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement.
- Ensuring appropriate troubleshooting of SAP-related issues and their management through third-party vendors.
- Reporting SAP system status to senior stakeholders and providing recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Core Skills:
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Experience in SAP process design and transformation projects.
o Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Technical Expertise:
- PMP Certification.
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies.
- Experience in organizational design and change management.
