You will work at a prominent Italian pharmaceutical company with a global presence and a solid track record of over 130 years in the industry, located in Badalona. With a team of more than 700 professionals in Spain, they are among the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the country. Their current focus covers key areas such as cardiovascular risk, respiratory, analgesia, male sexual health, and the digestive system. As a member of the Program Management Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of business applications. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Planning, monitoring, and coordinating activities for large-scale IT programs.
- Managing projects related to the implementation of ERP and corporate applications.
- Ensuring appropriate tracking of project risks, budget, and timelines.
- Supporting the Service Manager in monitoring supplier activities and taking corrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement.
- Collaborating with department leaders to define business priorities and interdependencies.
- Implementing governance structures to oversee project execution.
- Reporting project status to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, ideally in multinational companies.
- Core Skills:
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
o Exceptional organizational and technical skills.
o Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Technical Expertise:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in digital innovation and transformation.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
