Our client is a leading multinational company delivering customer experience, mobility and monitoring solutions.

In your day-to-day:

- You will analyze technical problems with vehicles (cars or light goods vehicles)
- You will provide 1st level technical support to customers by phone and email
- You will track any incidents in their internal management system, and escalate the process if needed
- You will collaborate with other internal departments
- You will keep the internal management system updated to ensure an appropriate work flow
- You will provide input for FAQ and the client's knowledge database

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechanics, technician (mechanics or electronics), automotive service technician or similar
- You have at least 1 year of experience in workshops with cars, ideally
- You have a fluent level in Polish or Czech (C1)
- You have at least a B2 level of English
- You're a team player
- You're highly customer-focused and solutions-oriented
- You have a general knowledge of MS Office Suite
- You have methodical troubleshooting skills
- You have professional experience in a customer facing position (this is a plus)
