We are looking for a Customer Service agent with a High Level of Italian and an Excellent level of English to join an international outsourcing service provider.
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
During your day to day:
- You will handle calls/emails in both Italian and English;
- You will have 80% Inbound and 20% Outbound communication with the customers;
- You will handle special requests;
- You will manage reservations;
- You will handle complaints and contact the hotels in case required.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak Italian (native or near native) and also English (high level);
- You’re into consumer electronics: new tech and gadgets;
- Be easy going while assertive, translate jargon and tech-speak to everyday talk;
