As a Customer Service Specialist with German or Dutch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
Your responsibilities:
- You will handle calls/emails from customers (B2C)
- You will manage reservations or online orders
- You will handle complaints and answer general queries
- You will collaborate with other departments
You're the perfect candidate if:
- You have a high level in German or Dutch
- You have an advanced level in English
- You're motivated to service end-customers (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're used to dealing with KPIs
- You're customer-oriented
- You have good problem-solving skills
- You're experienced in Customer Service related fields (it's a plus)
