We're looking for an Online Advertising Specialist with German to work on an exciting project within the technology sector for a multinational in Lisbon that works with some of the world’s leading brands.
As an Online Advertising Specialist, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and drive ROI (small and medium business accounts).
In your day-to-day:
- You will provide online support to clients (B2B) via phone, chat and email
- You will gain in-depth knowledge of our client's online advertising services
- You will identify online trends and provide feedback
- You will provide account optimization through social media and other channels
- You will deliver efficient troubleshooting
- You will upsell additional product features to existing B2B accounts
- You will collaborate with other departments
You're the right person if:
- You're fluent in German
- You have an advanced command of English
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- You have a general knowledge of social media and digital platforms
- You have good analytical and communication skills
- You're client-oriented and motivated to reach KPIs
