As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- You will investigate accounts with suspicious activities and decide which orders will be processed or cancelled
- You will call customers to obtain necessary details regarding their activity
- You will assist customers by answering queries relating to their order status, changes and delivery deadlines
- You will gather all required data elements in the internal Online Store and other systems of record

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You're fluent in Swedish or Finnish or Danish or Norwegian
- You have an advanced level of English
- You have experience in Customer Service or Digital industry (plus)
- You have strong solve problem-skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions
- You have good analytical skills
- You're able to work under deadline pressure
- You're detail-oriented and committed
