In your day-to-day:
- You will be responsible for making warm-calls to customers who have subscribed through the website
- You will be informing and selling them the different subscriptions and products offered
- You will contact inactive clients to reactivate their subscription
- You will do an effective follow-up of all leads
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You speak a fluent level of Dutch (at least, C1)
- You can speak a B2 level of Spanish
- You have good communication and listening skills
- You're a strong team player and interested in Customer Service
- You live in Madrid and can commute to the office
