Our client is a leading service provider in the field of digital advertising, that puts the publisher first.
As a Head of Publisher Operations you will be primarly responsible for:
• Managing the operations team on the day to day basis
• Assist the team in efficient problem solving
• Quarterly and monthly strategic planning
• Improving the teams workflows and tools
• Close communication with business deveolpment team, among others
• New hire management
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
• At least 5 years overall work experience and exprience leading a sizeble team
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills required
• Strong understanding of code and website structure
• Good knowledge and understandind of digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPIs and technologies such as header bidding (SSP's, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB)
• Hands-on experience working with publishers in a programmatic setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• High level of English (at least C1)
• Strong attention to detail - accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to handle tactical details with detailed execution
