Our client is a leading service provider in the field of digital advertising, that puts the publisher first.

As an HR Business Partner you will be primarily responsible for:
- Coach leaders and management for them to deliver the business objectives expected by the company.
- Drive the Talent Management and Engagement strategies.
- Improve our operational efficiency, enhance employee experience and strengthen our compliance.
- Advises managers on people imperatives: people engagement, compliance, headcount planning, development, performance management, compensation.
- Develop and implement innovative HR policies/processes and drive projects aligned with local regulations and strategy.
- Reinforce a performance-oriented culture.
- Support a compliant environment.
- Contribute to a positive dialogue with the employee representatives.
- Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness of HR policies and practices and understand data to drive further improvements.
- Work close with leadership team to deliver a high-level service.
- Enforce company culture
- Support employee professional growth and monitor employee performance and satisfaction levels
- Write and post new job offers, and conduct interviews with candidates
- Work closely with the office manager to ensure smooth operations
- Set up and onboard employees on HR-tools, such as Factorialhr
- Serve as the internal happiness officer to maintain a positive work environment

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

-Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management.
-Minimum 6 years' experience on an HRBP role in an international company – preferable in scale up or complex organization.
-Experience working with local and remote teams as well as several business entities.
-Strong labor law expertise / labor law qualification.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Fluency in English, first language at work.
-Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start-up/scale up where not everything is set in stone yet
-Exhibit the ability to self-motivate and be ambitious every day.
