Our client is based in Porto since 1982 and it's one of the biggest multinationals in the wholesale and retail sector.
In your day-to-day:
- You will manage the Core Benefits Program
- You will support the implementation of HR Services Strategy (tools, programs and processes)
- You will suggest improvement measures on Core Benefits Time
- You will provide support to employees and the HR community regarding benefit requests
- You will prepare reports
- You will manage Core Benefits Time requests according to internal policies
- You will support the development of Core Benefits and Time Management systems for Germany
- You will perform internal and external audits regarding core benefits time
- You will take care of the continuous improvement of internal documentation
You're the right person if:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR
- You’re fluent in German and English
- You're comfortable working with SAP HR and MS Office Suite
- You have excellent analytical skills and you’re detail-oriented
- You’re proactive and a team player
- You are keen on continuous development and have a growth mindset
- You’re able to work under pressure and set priorities
- You’re highly customer focused
- You have a great understanding of legal, collective bargaining regulations and company agreements
