- Providing customer support to the market assigned
- Communication through e-mails, tickets and phone
- Working in cooperation with other departments
- Managing customer requests, returns and complaints
- Ensuring order book management
- Ensuring the timely delivery of orders
- Following internal guidelines and procedures
- Mandatory education level (Bachelor is a plus)
- 1 to 3 years of experience depending on project
- Knowledge of SAP/CRM, MS Office
- Advanced Italian or French and English
- Able to work autonomously
