The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Self Service Center in Porto.

Your responsibilities in you day to day will be:

• You will be providing assistance via phone/mail/chat to agents by solving simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business.
• You will guide the customers through the Webshop.
• You will ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained.
• You will transfer queries to the corresponding department.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily.
• You can speak a native level of French and a basic level of English.
• You are pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions.
• You have SAP, Office or knowledge of other office software’s is preferred
• You are able to work in a results-oriented team
