- Provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from agents by solving agents simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business
- Guide the customers and agents through the Webshop
- Ensuring that the data received from the agents is accurately and timely maintained
- Give support on back Office team to solve customers claims
- Able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
- French level C2 and English level B2 (mandatory)
- Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
- SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred
- Able to work in a results oriented team
- Minimum required Secondary school
