Our company is a multinacional lider of production and distribution of gas in the sectors: Industry, Food and Medical.
What you will do:
• Provide assistance via various channels (Phone, Email and Phone) - with the responsibility of solving queries that impact the performance of the business.
• Provide guidance to customers in the Webshop
• Receiving and reporting the information from the customers with a impeccable attention.
• Supporting and working as the Dream Team in conjunction with other areas of the company
If you are or have:
• Able to communicate with effectiveness with customers throughout all the channels
• Fluent in French and B2 English
• Proactive, focused on speedy response to all queries
• Previous experience working with some software is preferred
• Able to work with Objectives and result oriented
• Minimum required Secondary school
• Stable Vacancy
• Base salary + Language Bonus + Amazing Meal allowance per day
