Our client is one of the biggest multinationals in Porto.

During your day-to-day:

- You'll provide assistance via phone/email/chat and handle customer queries
- You will guide the customers through the webshop
- You'll ensure that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
- You'll transfer queries to the corresponding department
- You'll keep a record in the computer system (orders, complaints, or queries)
- You'll be performing complementary administrative tasks

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers
- You have a native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English B2
- You're proactive, customer-oriented, and focused on responding promptly to requests
- You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office Tools (preferred)
- You're able to work in a results-oriented team and have good problem-solving skills
