The company is a multinational located in Maia.

Your day-a-day:

- In this role, you will manage a Back Office team for the Dutch market
- In addition, you will ensure that processes are in place, are followed and update
- You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers' orders and complaints and addresses to the right department
- Further, you can communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers and other departments
- You will follow team results, KPIs and make sure that they are sustainable.
- Moreover you will have monthly escalation meetings

Requirements:

- You speak fluently Dutch and/or English
- For this role, you need a University degree or minimum Secondary High school complete
- You know SAP and Office Tools
- Further, you have experience in managing teams and you are a good and persuasive communicator
