A multinational company responsible for the production of gases in the medical and industrial field.
- Provide assistance by phone, email chat, by solving simple and complex queries from our customers and that have impact on business performance.
- Guide our customers in our Website/Webshop.
- Ensuring that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.
- You are a good comunicator, and you are able to communicate by phone email with our customers.
- Proficiency/Native level of French and Basic level of English.
- Proactive, and focus to answer our customer's needs.
- Experience in Office and SAP (valuable).
- Able to work in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results and KPI's.
Hybrid mode: 3 days at home, 2 at the office
