Job description:
- You Will you be a SAP Super user for Iberia
- Futhermore, act as the main link with the Regional HR Super Users to provide requested information and to follow-up on project progress during the development roll out phases
- Also, you will provide ongoing support and training related to HR functionality to Country HR Users and to Linde Service Portal Users in the country post-implementation
- You will work with Information Services and HR project team members in region to ensure that all required HR information is provided at the appropriate times
- Give support data collection, data audit, data cleansing, reporting and analytics and provide necessary data requested by other systems
- Ensure country Business Blueprint is completed on time and accurately reflects both global requirements and local business and regulatory needs
- Also, support global and regional Compensation and Benefits Year End Processes (GVC; GSP; LTI; LA) for countries Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland.
. And, be the backup for Super User France, Benelux
We are looking for you if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related, and at least 3 years experience as HR SAP Master Data and Maintenance (mandatory)
- Furthermore, experience in LMS, Elevate, or similar HR functionality is a plus
- Also, experience in an HR Shared Service Centre is a plus
- Mandatory English language (at least C1) and other language is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration between the different departments and strong analytical skills
