Our client is a multinational company based in Maia leader in the production and supply of medical and industrial gases.
As the leader of our In-House Sales (IHS) team, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth across packaged gases, equipment, and bulk products. You’ll coach and develop account managers, execute sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business targets are met.
Lead and coach the Inside Sales team to smash sales targets and fuel customer growth in packaged gases, equipment, and bulk products.
Optimize sales processes using Connect CRM and our Internal Pro Sales methodology for seamless efficiency.
Collaborate with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive business success.
Monitor team performance through regular coaching sessions, ensuring ethical practices and a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Act as a role model, fostering a high-performance culture while acting as an escalation point for complex customer needs.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial sales, ideally in gases, chemicals, or manufacturing. B2B expertise is a plus.
Proven track record in leadership and coaching Inside Sales teams or similar roles.
Strong strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and a results-oriented approach.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
