  • Immediate incorporation

- Responsible for reviewing and improving the quality of the BSC Porto operational OTC teams
- Understand quality deficiencies and advise in terms of area for improvement and next steps
- Support on designing solutions for and together with the Business that have an impact on OTC processes
- Landmark for Quality: continuously drive initiatives to ensure and promote quality on the operations executed by the BSC. Set the standards
- Understand the responsability of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types

- University degree (required) or master's degree (desirable: Business-Finance, Audit or Education)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash or related roles. Training design and facilitation experience preferred
- A background in education, training or coaching is a plus
- Fluent command of English and one of the languages of the former Region (Portuguese, Spanish, French or Dutch)
