The main roles of this job position are:
-Customer Support: Provides support to end-users (through regional CE team and/or local leader) and provides pro-active monitoring of these systems.
-Business Analysis: Partners with the central teams and local operations to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs.
-Quality Assurance: Develops and implements test plans to ensure solution compliance with system specifications. Reports defects and verifies fixes on the systems in scope.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent subject area.
Technical support experience in a computer-related area
-Outstanding Project management skills, including defining, organizing, planning and performing projects from vision through implementation
-Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems, evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and efficient solutions
-Proficient understanding of architectures, analytical and design techniques, database technologies, and programming languages: -SQL server, Cloud (Azure), CMS, Microsoft(.NET C#), Xamarin, CMS, (Backend profile), MS Power Platform with domain of MS Power BI and JSON.
-Outstanding interpersonal and good communication, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms
-Knowledge and learning experience of gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes
-Proficient English
Desirable:
-Knowledge in CMS Umbraco or Kentico
-Knowledge in E-commerce
