Our client is a leading company in the textile sector providing professional clothing and cleaning cloths for industries. With more than 50 years of experience, they are operating internationally with a big team of experts.

As an IT helpdesk:

- You will help customers, users and colleagues with IT related issues (this involves both hardware (server, clients, networks) and software (CRM,SAP and others).
- You will actively support your team with the existing projects and contribute to shape new ones.
- You will manage calls and e-mail conversations with clients.
- You will ensure a constant and effective communication with the central department.
- You will proactively collaborate in projects identyfing areas of improvement and suggesting adjustments.

You are the person we are looking for if:

-junior profile
- You have previous experience as IT coordinator, project management or similar roles.
- You speak German and French at a advanced level
- You have expertise on software, hardware and networks.
- You are willing to help and solve problems.
- You have great communication skills.
- You enjoy working in team.
- You are living in Madrid or Barcelona
