Our client is looking for a Back Office Administrator to join their team. You will collaborate with a leading private French banking institution. This role involves administrative management, supporting the decision-making process for granting credit to our clients based on their risk profile. Additionally, you will engage with potential customers to assess their eligibility for loans and provide them with guidance.

As a Back Office Administrator:

- You will manage administrative tasks related to credit approvals.
- You will analyze client profiles and assess risk to support credit decisions.
- You will communicate with clients via email regarding loan inquiries and eligibility.
- You will provide excellent customer service in line with the company standards.

You are the perfect match if:

- You have a native level of german.
- You have an intermediate of english.
- You can work 100% onsite.
- You have previous experience in a back office role.

Whats on offer?

- Competitive salary: 23600€ (1800€ monthly + 70 euros for going to the office + performance bonus up to 100€).
- Full time (Monday to thursday 9 to 18pm and Friday 9 to 17pm).
- Permanent contract directly with our client.
